The Personal Training Process
In order for me to put together an appropriate, safe and effective programme for your needs I deliver a two step process:
Step 1
Free 1 hour consultation which includes:
- Lifestyle and medical screening questionnaire
- 30 minute “Taster” personal training session
Step 2
- Training sessions begin with Personal Trainer
- The training programme will be reviewed at regular intervals to maximise results.
- Sessions can be booked in a block booking of 5, 10 or 20 sessions.
