


Welcome to Sam Fraser Fitness. A personal training service that will provide you with a tailored exercise programme to achieve your goals and objectives.
At the moment I run two circuit classes, one in Lincolns Inn, Holborn on Tuesdays between 12.30-1.15 and the other circuit class takes place in Ingress Park, Greenhithe, Kent on Saturdays from 9am-10am. They are fun, friendly sessions suitable for all levels of fitness. Attending these classes can help you to tone up, increase your energy levels, improve your fitness level and get you motivated.
I am passionate about staying fit and healthy. During my career in the Health and Fitness Industry I have trained a wide range of clients both young and old. I also have experience in pre and post pregnancy training and clients who require rehabilitation resulting from an injury.
I offer a bespoke package which includes personalised training programmes and nutritional advice. I travel to you saving you time and effort. We can either train at home or outside. Wherever we train I will always ensure that you will receive an effective and challenging workout.
I work mainly in London and the South East. I bring the equipment to you so all you have to do is turn up. Forget the excuse of not having any time!

If you have never exercised or haven’t exercised for a while training with me will get you active and provide you with the courage and inspiration to follow your own programme in between sessions. Once training has begun we will work together and decide what kind of training suits you the most in order for you to achieve the results you want. After a while you should start to feel healthier and energised. I want you to feel victorious having achieved your results and encouraged to adopt a healthier and more active lifestyle.
The first step to make the change is the hardest but the rewards are phenomenal!
