Sam helped me to train for my general fitness, for 10km races, as well as getting in shape for my wedding. She gave me guidance on what to do outside our training sessions, so that my overall fitness programme was balanced and suited my lifestyle. Training with Sam also made a huge difference to the level at which I was able to train the rest of the week.

Her method of varying what we did in each session (from weights, to resistance bands, to boxing), and increasing the intensity every few weeks, worked well for me - keeping me motivated, and keeping progress being made. I noticed a big improvement in my motivation, fitness and tone through seeing Sam - and so did my husband!

Finally, Sam is always professional, on time, and utterly well-prepared for every session - I cannot recommend her highly enough!
