About Me – Sam Fraser
I offer sessions that provide a mixture of cardio exercise, weights, boxing and strength training adopting a functional and integrated approach. The training will be tailored to suit your level of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. My individual approach will enable you to reach your own personal goals and to achieve the results you want.
I endeavour to make the sessions challenging, motivating but above all aim to put the FUN into fitness to ensure that you stay committed.
sam fraser personal trainerI am a member of The Register of Exercise Professions (REPS) which is a self regulating body set up to safeguard people using the services of exercise and fitness professionals.
I am qualified to REPS Level 3 and have a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy. I am also a qualified Group Cycle and Aqua instructor teaching classes at gyms across London.
My thirst for knowledge enables me to learn new techniques and skills and so that I can help my clients achieve their results.
